I'd love to see her done up, but frankly, I'd be amazed if she could be made to float again, and even doing her up as a restaurant (which is a great idea)would cost a fortune to get a safety and fire certificate even, let alone the fitting out. First step would probably be a condition and value survey. Not sure what this would cost, but I'd guess not less than �25/foot. I haven't measured Lazy, but if she's about 70', this, with expenses, could be about �2,000. Then the expensive work would begin...
The best bet, I think, would be to keep her pretty much as she is, as a reminder of the old days. But any move to get rid should be resisted!
