The webcam..

But it's true Mazie! I really was working away on the webcam.

Not only did it help our friends at Symi Visitor and provide nice views for us in the cold winter months but I could be pretty sure that the SV back office and terrace were likely to be Deedle-free zones.

Hmmm, sounds a bit thin to me Mazie - I can just imagine Mrs Moderator being content to holiday solo while our Allan spends the entire time in the back office...

We can vouch for the fact that our venerable moderator nobly spent a largish portion of his holiday on Symi performing micro-surgery on a computer in the back office, which is why the webcam is back on the air.

Thanks for rescuing my reputation Adriana!

Observant viewers of the webcam may have noticed that it's just a teensy weensy bit out of focus. [img]http://planetsmilies.net/confused-smiley-17498.gif[/img] We hope to do something about it as soon as possible but may still be fuzzy for the threatened group photograph - sorry.

Currently the best focus seems to be twenty yards or so out into the harbour. Group swim perhaps?

Alan's version does seem a little far fetched....perhaps he persuaded our lovely Adriana to support his story by bribing her with a bag of parsnips...she never mentions that she and hubby grow these on their plot
