The Friends of Nature of Symi has an organised walk this Sunday:

Departure from the Clock Tower in Yialos. Guided walk to Nimborios (Seven Caves, the old bell foundry etc) and up to Agios Nikolaos tou Stenou. Return to Yialos on foot.
Departure time: 10.00 a.m
Duration: 2 hours (excluding stops)
Participation is free.
