Hi. We've seen a holiday in late May in the Olympic Brochure staying at the Irini Sudios in Yalos. The brochure describes it as being 20 minutes walk from the beach but it looks to us as though it overlooks Nos Beach....but not so sure now? Does anyone know of these studios, especially where they're located? thanks

They are situated at the back of the harbour, behind St Johns Church and up about 100 steps by the Opera House Apartments. If you get the front one you overlook the harbour. Otherwise you have good views towards the Castro and the Kataraktis. We have always found them clean, being done 3 times a week and cleaning stuff is around, if you know where to look. The neighbours are very friendly if you take the time to communicate and speak a little Greek.
