Rhodes to Symi in June

Postby valr » 03 Apr 2008, 20:56

Does anyone know if there will be a boat from Rhodes to Symi (and what times)on either Wednesday 4th June or Thursday 5th June - or do I need to wait a few more weeks for schedules to be confirmed?
Thanks in anticipation.

Valr, The SymiVisitor office will keep you abreast of all the timetables in June. But as Adriana posted the other day, they have only just done the one for April.

Waiting is half the fun! 8-) Check around mid May and they might have sorted it out by then. ;)

You can be sure there will be boats on both days Val. In fact there had BETTER be one on the 4th! ;)

Times are another thing of course. There will almost certainly be a 18.30 Symi/Proteus boat and probably a mid-afternoon Dodecanese Express/Pride catamaran too. Possibly a mid-morning hydrofoil.

One way or another you'll get there!

Keep an eye on the timetable links on the Symi Visitor home page nearer to the time.

Thanks all for your advice, I'm looking forward to June 4th. (I'll be at the harbour with water-wings at the ready!)
Maziemoo - thank you for referring to me as a "girl" - that's what I like - sisterhood!!

I'm with Allan on this one, there better be a boat late afternoon on the 4th. or Heather and I will be very upset and sleeping on the quayside as we have not booked any accomodation in Rhodes for that night.

Nothing new to report Geoff, just keeping the nose to the grindstone and counting the days till Symi, it's now 56 days 15 hours and 40 minutes to take off.
