Hi Caz and welcome

Lugless is easy to find.... First get yourself to the Rainbow bar in Chorio. Then, when you've had a drink (you'll need it if you walked there!) walk along the lane below the village square, directly opposite the bar. At the end turn right down some steps and left along another narrower lane heading slightly downhill.

It turns into a rough track and ends behind a holiday property called "Villa George". Lugless can usually be found around there.

Take a tin of tuna - he can smell that a mile away!

The "narrower lane" initially has houses on both sides: at the point where these houses end there is actually a fork. 'Lugless Douglas' is usually to be found on the right-hand branch (which heads downhill, as opposed to the left-hand branch, which heads up). You'll see the Villa George complex ahead: it's actually three contiguous buildings one above the other. Before you get to the top one, look for a zig-zag branch of the path leading you fairly steeply down the slope. 'Lugless Douglas' is frequently to be found on or around these zig-zags. (I've always assumed that he has someone, either an 'owner' or somebody who regularly feeds him :?: , in one of the houses close by).

This poor cat will have a nervous breakdown with all these people hunting him down and thrusting yet another tin of tuna under his nose. He'll be moving to a new location and keeping quiet about it at this rate!

LOVE that cat smiley (which I've tracked down to planetsmilies.net - as opposed to the familiar planetsmilies.com)

You will find that imitationis the sincerest foem of flattery -

No, it's a Northern Hemisphere one - the Galapagos Penguin which is the only penguin which (by just a few miles) is found north of the equator.

I saw it in my truly "holiday of a lifetime" there (which I can thoroughly recommend :D :D ) in January.

I've only just looked at the YouTube video which Maziemoo posted. The first part of this shows him on exactly the zig-zag path that I was trying to describe. (The subsequent bit shows him outside his normal range - because quite typically he's attached himself to the people who were showing an interest in him).
