Earth quake

According to today's Sueddeutsche Zeitung there was an earth quake on Sunday in the Aegian close to Rhodes (with its centre approx. 70 km in eastern direction). Have there been any related observations on Symi?

Heather was sitting reading her book at a table by the pool in Iapetos village and says she felt the table shake, I was at another table a few metres away beside the bar and felt nothing

Earth quake

That seems to be quite common according to comments on Facebook. Some felt it quite strongly, others felt nothing. It seemed to last about 15 seconds according to some and was 6.1 on the Richter scale and a second one 5.2. The epicentre was near Marmaris.

Earth quake

We felt it at the house and it was a strange sensation indeed. The chair seemed to move from side to side and the shutters rattled. Thankfully it wasn't strong enough to spill my Mythos. ;)
