Hi. We will be holidaying soon on Symi and want to revisit the Haritomeni restaurant. Unfortunately it's 8 years since we were there and we can't quite remember how we got there from Chorio. We will be staying at the Anastasia apartments - could anyone give us directions please? Thanks....

Just back from Symi.went to Haritomeni a couple of times and as always completely satisfied. You just have to have the sea food pasta. It is superb.Staff are always attentive and the new young front of house guy is very charming.

Thanks for the tip Joe we have not been up to the Haritomeni on our last couple of visits but we will go this year, flying out on Saturday, 2 sleeps to go !!

Just thought - rather than going down the steep slope and sticking to the road, it's a nicer walk if coming down the steps from Chorio you turn right at the Kali Strata bar and go through the narrow lanes until you re-join the road just up from Haritomeni. It's pretty straightforward but coming back you have to look out for the narrow flight of steps on your left that you came down. If you miss them you still end up going back along the road so you won't get lost.
