Looking for Symi relative

I know it's a long shot but perhaps someone might recognise the name?

Need help on finding information about my father Gabriel Koujios. Gabriel
raised me and was a loving farther to me and my three siblings until is
death in October 1989. However, we have such little information on him,
other than his place of birth. He was born on Simi around the beginning of
the 19th century. Any and all information would be of interest, especially
how we wold be able to locate a birth certificate and/or certificates of
his father, mother, siblings. Thank you!
