Harbour eats

Postby Glen » 01 Apr 2015, 10:59

Looking for the recommendations for places to eat in the harbour.
I have my favourites but reckon it’s time to try something new.
Usual haunts are Tholos, Katrinettes, Dolphin Pizza, Mythos, Nereida, (Dimitri’s is sadly missed) and occasionally Merakles, and Trata.

Where else is good ?

If you don't mind walking round to Harani, we recommend Odyssia. Excellent food; huge portions; very good prices. And a super view.

We went in the evening for the first time last year and liked it so much we went back twice with different friends each time. It was, in effect, our 'local' as we were staying above Harani.

Hi Jan,Pam and I discovered Odyssia as an "evening restaurant" in 2013.Previously we went for "snacks" when Mike, ex Daphne was there.
Manolis and Aggeliki were splendid hosts and supplied excellent fare, so much so that I posted a review on Trip Advisor and I don't do that lightly or often!

I think that we also ate there three times.

Hi Glen,
Have you tried To Steno in the lane opposite the taxi boats? Nice food, reasonable prices and very friendly owners.
