Anyone know about these houses

Hello everyone, I’ve been to Symi about half a dozen times over many years and last summer I noticed this little house on the way to Nimporio, about halfway I’d say before the little hamlet (3rd photo) on the curve going down the hill before you go up again if that makes sense. I wondered if anyone might know anything about it as I’d love to rent it this summer if it were possible.

I know the house you mean but as far as I know, it's a privately owned property, though I could be wrong. Perhaps someone else on here has more accurate information...
