We tried staying in Pedi last year just for a change after many years in Chorio. It was lovely. It made our walk to Nimborio a bit more challenging but walking to St Nick's is a doddle, and as I said above, we've booked again for September.
It's still lovely to walk (or bus) up to Rainbow in the evenings (other bars are available )

We love Pedi as well. We stay at Pedi Beach Hotel which is very nice and Maria the Manageress is genuinly a lovely person.

Yes I've heard other people say that the hotel is very welcoming.
