Oh, you're just so spoilt Adriana. We know it's summer when we can sit in the garden anytime after 7pm without an overcoat, or to be able to have dinner out there. A rare and lovely treat.

Planning a BBQ in the summer is usually a recipe for disaster, with the poor host standing outside in the rain and wind, cooking soggy bangers,hoping the gazebo won�t take off, while the rest of us get sozzled in the conservatory! is usually the order of the day.

The weather here this last week or so has been wonderful, very hot and sunny; and guess what, we all complain about the heat, the trains break down and the roads melt!! Ho-hum. Today back to 'normal'. Overcast and cool. One of the reasons we so much love Symi! Lucky, lucky you.

We sleep in it

The weather in DK is hothot, with a 75% or more humidity.

and absolutely no wind what so ever.

BBQ later with the old folks, steaks and salad, garlic bread and red wine, what a great life!!

Hi Mille,

At this time of the year we spend a lot of time under the mosquito net! One thing that doesn't work though is watching television - the netting makes the screen look fuzzy!
