That is indeed Costas the taxi. That shot was too good to resist. Did you also see the one of him in warm embrace with the mayor on the out and about page.

It was a good party - my ears are still ringing from the music!

Wendy caught that shot early in the proceedings when people were just starting to arrive and Costas was just psyching himself up...

Wendy captured the gilded turban later when things started to warm up.
