Interesting new recipies Adriana, look forward to trying them out. Cooked lobster on Saturday with a recipie from a Drambue cook book, cream sauce with egg yolks and a large!! measure of Drambue, new potatoes and freshly podded peas washed down with a bottle of wine.

I was down in Pedi the other day, messing about in boats as usual, when I noticed a small red bird cage in the water near the slip at Tolis. A local lad came along and pulled it up to reveal the world's smallest lobster which he then proceeded to feed with bread and scraps before putting the bird cage back in the water.

A fine example of growing your own!
