And of course in our case you can add “eat”.
Those dishes at the Secret Garden, and you guys giving the lemon potatoes the ultimate accolade, makes it a “defo” for us, even without an itinerary, for the next visit.
Great blog

we were in Taxiarchis 20, when we returned to Rhodes last Saturday, no transport for transfer to Anixis, after a couple of phone calls and a long wait 3 taxis arrived to transfer 8 people plus luggage to Anixis. (Same happened last year, no transport to meet the boat) Hope you enjoyed your stay in Taxiarchis, I thoroughly enjoy reading your blog, even though I am living the dream at the same time. Best wishes to you both, have a good Summer. Carol and Terry

Hope Liz had a lovely birthday, I can't think of a better place to spend it - though as my birthday is in November perhaps Goa is a better choice at that time of year
"It sounds sad but we can only be grateful to have found this heaven on earth!" It doesn't sound sad at all, I think we all agree that Symi is wonderful . I made the decision to go to Crete in September instead of Symi but with the great blogs on here, Toby's daily updates and all the pictures on Facebook I'm wondering how I will survive! Thanks again for such a great blog and I'm already looking forward to D&E returning in September
