Just back from a week in Albufeira, Portugal. Good food, Beer 2eu a pint, but the drains down Bar Street were terrible. Had to hold your nose as you walked through, like outside the Roloi in the old days in Symi

Sounds like Plaka in Athens ,always had to hold your nose walking down the narow streets and past the drains.

Strange thing was it was the bussiest area of the old town with live music at every other bar.
There was a stag party on the beach one day. About 15 - 20 men some dressed in bikinis larking about, English of course.
