Still in one piece

Just back from a week's sking in La Thuile Italy. Temperatures in resort about -10c and on the slopes -24c, but as long as you were well wrapped up you only felt it on the chair lifts. Plenty of blue and red runs plus blacks for the grand kids. Great food in the local resturants. There was a red 6.5 miles long which was not too hard and another 4 miles long very icy through the trees. Great time was had by all.

Glad you got back in one piece. Pleased you weren't tempted to show off in front of the grandkids. I keep telling you you're far too old for that sort of thing.

Skis and boots have changed a bit since I first went to Adelboden in Switzerland 1962. Four clips and the boots are on now, then it was a lace up job and the skis were about 500mm longer.
