When out on Yianni's boat trip he served up the best potato salad I have ever tasted. I jotted down his recipe but lost it. As it's stopped snowing, I decided to do a potato salad but can't remember his recipe for the life of me. Anyone else know it?

P.S. it involved potatoes, olive oil and maybe lemon?

there are lots of recipes for Greek potato salad to choose from on the web.If you are into making Greek food on a regular basis,there's a cracking book by Tessa Kiros called 'Food From Many Greek Kitchens'with a rather tasty recipe for patatosalata. It maybe doesn't hold the same resonance as being on Yianni's boat,but never mind.I'm sure you'll get the recipe from him next time you are back on Symi.

A quick search brings up more than 26 million hits for potato salad recipes, but maybe it's the weather and atmosphere that made it taste so good. It isn't too long till July, and anyway, it's started snowing again!
