What ho, everybody ! I am trying to keep up, honest !

Just timed strapped between trying to earn a crust, keeping my wife satisfied ( catering only !
) and dashing hither and thither to hospital (

N.H.S - great staff : the relevant staff nurses were terrific over and above the call of duty. The administration - deep excrement ! I must have hit a target somewhere and I'll probably get my biopsy sometime - but with luck, if it goes t*ts up at least I'll have be shaking an administrator warmly by the throat at the time.
